EAGAN, Minn., November 1, 2005 – Thomson West, a Thomson business (NYSE: TOC: TSX: TOC) today announced that West LegalEdcenter (www.westlegaledcenter.com), the nation's leading online continuing legal education (CLE) service, will be the exclusive provider of online CLE, including live webcast programming produced by the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL).
BAMSL offers a wide variety of high-quality CLE programs presented to help its members stay current on evolving legal trends, new legislation, regulations and areas of public interest. The association also holds a number of annual debates and conferences on various legal topics. Through this partnership, BAMSL joins a distinguished roster of West LegalEdcenter content partners, which includes leading local, state and national bar associations that offer high-quality and innovative CLE programs to legal professionals via the Web.
