The Wisconsin Caregiver Law requirements for background checks and misconduct reporting have been in effect for over 10 years with very few changes. This session will provide an update on the background check requirements that have been changed or added since 1998 and review the misconduct reporting requirements to clarify what must be reported to the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA).
If you intend to take a course for CLE credit, please make sure your state is listed in the "Accreditation" section to the upper right of the program description.
