J. Mark Waxman, Esq. is a partner with Foley & Lardner LLP, where he is chair of the Health Care Industry Team and a member of the White Collar Defense & Corporate Compliance Practice. Mr. Waxman's health care practice focuses on health care issues for providers and payers, including issues related to research and technology, integrated delivery systems, governance, strategic business counseling, the antitrust implications of mergers and acquisitions, federal program fraud and abuse, reimbursement and managed care contracting.
