In its efforts to deal with the economic downturn, the Obama administration is pursuing spending programs that will result in the creation of many new government contractors.  At the same time, OFCCP’s priorities are changing and its resources are expanding.   Government contractors can expect to receive increasing scrutiny from OFCCP.  This presentation will focus on what’s new for government contractors in the first year of the Obama administration and what the next few years may bring.  Those attending this presentation can expect to leave with a list of action items for their companies to review.
